The Russian IT business magazine Intelligent Enterprise/RE that focuses on problems of business process automation released a special issue on virtualization. One of the articles deals with mainframes and the use of virtualization in mainframes. To collect data on the subject, an Intelligent Enterprise/RE journalist traveled to IBA Minsk, an expert in mainframe system and application development. Following the visit, Intelligent Enterprise/RE   No. 5 (161) published the article «Mainframes: Past and Present». The article gives coverage of the present–day possibilities of mainframes and IBA's experience in the area.
