From November 1 to November 3, IBA participated in the invitation–only Gartner Global Sourcing Summit that was held at the Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego, CA. The summit brought together IT and Business Executives from large midsize and Fortune 1000 companies, Gartner analysts, leading Service Providers and other top industry experts. More than 110 delegate companies and 17 vendors took part in the event.

The Global Sourcing Summit opened with a keynote presentation by Dr. Kjell A. Nordström, Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Business of the Stockholm School of Economics, who made a prediction for the future of the market. The program of the Summit also included Gartner insight sessions, vendor case study presentations, panel discussions, one–on–one meetings, and various networking events.

IBA representatives delivered two presentations about our company, its experience in global outsourcing, and the outsourcing potential of Eastern Europe. The discussions, encouraged by presentations, continued at the IBA exhibition booth and the Summit's networking events. IBA had 26 one–on–one meetings with executives of leading US companies specializing in a host of industries. A great many of Fortune 1000 companies showed their interest in IBA services and manifested their desire to take proper account of our company for major software outsourcing projects in the areas of mainframe, SAP, AS/400, QA, internet technologies, and BPO.

The IBA's participation in the event led to an ample number of wholesome contacts with leading US business executives and industry gurus, and became the next step on the path to the world acknowledgement.
