Since the year 2002, IBA has been collaborating with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus on the creation of the Electronic Document Management (EDM) System, workflow automation, and follow–up control.

The EDM system automates the workflow, manages document registration and follow–up actions, thus improving labor organization and work quality on the whole.

Our company received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus containing comments on project results.

The letter says:

”We were impressed by the high professional level of JV IBA experts, the efficient technical support and the comprehensive consulting that they provided on all emerging problems.”
