On June 15, IBA held a seminar on ERP Axapta in Minsk. The seminar was entitled “ERP System Built on Microsoft Axapta for the Company Milavitsa”.

IBA developed the ERP system for the Milavitsa clothing company using Axapta. The system functionality covers all key business processes typical for a modern enterprise including planning, production, supply chain management, sales, accounting, financial management, customer relationship management, human resource management, strategic management, and business analysis. The system's enterprise planning strategy and enterprise management comply with ISO 9001.

IBA has been working on the project since 2003. To date, the project documentation was developed and all ERP system reference data were prepared, tested and launched in production environment. At the end of June, beta testing of the following customized modules will be started: Finance and Fixed Assets, SCM, Bankrolls, CRM, and Human Resources Management.

The following issues were presented at the seminar:

• MBS Axapta for a manufacturing enterprise: technology of customization and implementation
• Axapta–based solution for the clothing industry: specific functionality
• Implementation of Microsoft Axapta in Milavitsa: practical lessons.

More than 50 representatives of about 30 enterprises participated in the event.
