According to Belorusskiye novosti (Belarusian News), the Belarusian Embassy in Russia launched its online newspaper Belorusskoye vremya (Belarusian Time). The project aims at expanding the Belarusian internet presence in the Russian Federation and at providing more information about Belarus and the Belarusian–Russian cooperation.

The website www.belarustime.ru is designed and developed by Pixelhead, IBA Web Design Studio, while the content of the newspaper is arranged by the research and information department of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia.
