The IBA Quality Management Systems (QMS) for the servicing of computer hardware and banking systems meets the requirements of the Belarusian national standard STB ISO 9001–2001 and the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
On November 15, a joint commission of the Belarusian State Standardization Committee and TGA, a world known German appraisal agency, inspected the Quality Management System (QMS) of the IBA Technical Center as to its conformity with the requirements of STB ISO 9001–2001 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. The inspection aimed to examine if the QMS complies with the above standards and extend the validity of the current IBA's certificates.
Based on the results of the analysis, examination and assessment, the commission of the Belarusian State Standardization Committee concluded: The Quality Management System of the IBA Technical Center fully meets requirements of STB ISO 9001–2001 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
In addition, the commission highlighted:
- Profound knowledge of QMS requirements by employees of the IBA Technical Center
- High quality monitoring and management of technological processes
- High level of automation that ensures efficient functioning of the IBA Technical Center.
Nikolai Kusakin, Director of the Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification (BelGISS), presented the STB ISO 9001–2001 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificates to IBA management on the New Year eve.
