On June 15, IT Europa , the pan–European provider of IT channel news, published an article entitled IBA strikes a balance across Europe's east–west divide. A few days earlier, Alex Brownsell, a journalist of IT Europa, traveled to IBA Minsk to familiarize himself with the company's management, employees, technology specializations, and growth strategy. It is expected that more materials will come out about IBA and Belarusian IT in the near future.

The article features IBA Group as an independent software vendor (ISV) of 2,000 people operating successfully “in the increasingly competitive eastern European market”.

Valentin Kazan, IBA Group Vice President, is quoted as saying that Minsk has a long history in IT and IBA “has been particularly keen to translate this experience into market–leading competency.”

Sergei Levteev, IBA Group President, speaks about different aspects of doing business in Belarus and Eastern Europe, as well as the advantages of IBA Group that has development centers in Belarus in addition to offices and development centers in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and other countries.
