From March 10 to March 16, three leading Belarusian IT companies will participate in the CeBIT 2005 trade fair in Hannover, Germany. The world's largest ICT exhibition, CeBIT is expected to gather more than 500,000 visitors and 100,000 exhibitors. For the first time in the CeBIT history, a separate hall will be devoted to IT outsourcing. IBA will exhibit as part of CIS Software Pavilion organized by RUSSOFT, the association of leading software companies from Russia and CIS countries.
CeBIT 2005 will feature a wide range of events including IT Outsourcing Solutions Forum organized by BITKOM, the German Federal Union of Informatics, Telecommunications and Mass Media and Gartner, Inc. with support from InformationWeek. On March 11, Ulrich Lasarzik, IBA–IT GmbH CEO, will deliver a presentation to show the advantages of outsourcing to Eastern Europe. In addition, RUSSOFT in cooperation with BITKOM and APKIT (Information & Computer Technologies Industry Association from Russia) will organize a series of marketing and matchmaking events, including the German–Russian ICT Forum at the CIS Software Pavilion, and a networking party.
