The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), a consortium of leading companies involved in outsourcing, announced the results of the first annual Global Outsourcing 100 survey in the April 3, 2006 issue of the FORTUNE® magazine, one of the most authoritative periodicals in business world.

IBA Group was ranked number 59 in the Leaders Category.

The research aimed to provide the first industry–wide benchmark for overall outsourcing excellence. The Global Outsourcing 100 project evaluated more than 1000 service providers from all over the world. Companies are ranked according to 18 criteria, including revenue growth, number of employees, the skills and training of their workforce, the number of technical and business certifications they have secured, the track record of the management team, and the quality of customer service. Since the industry is comprised of two types of players — larger, more established organizations (Leaders) and smaller, fast–growing companies (Rising Stars) —The Global Outsourcing 100 features 65 Leaders and 35 Rising Stars.
