On March 26, IBA Group announced the opening of its new office in Bulgaria. Legally registered on November 5, 2017, IBA Bulgaria is located in Burgas, the fourth largest city in Bulgaria.

On January 9, IBA Group and WorkFusion, a leading Intelligent Automation software provider, announced the launch of a Smart Application for email processing at customer support centers. Sergei Levteev, IBA Group Chairman, said that “the new RPA solution powered by WorkFusion ML is a good example of an effective partnership.”

IBA CZ to Implement MS SharePoint for MERO
MERO ČR selected IBA CZ to implement an MS SharePoint portal. MERO ČR, the only transporter of crude oil to the Czech Republic, is a long-term customer of IBA CZ. Currently, IBA CZ provides support for existing electronic document management (EDM) systems.
