Andrei Leontiev joined IBA Group in 2001 as a software developer. In his career path, Andrei went through all stages and levels, from a developer to a division director and in 2022, he was promoted to the position of Department Director.

During his work at IBA Group, Andrei has been continually developing his expertise in advanced software technologies, as well as in project management, product management, and team management methodologies. In his current position, Andrei’s major responsibilities are managing IBA Group’s project portfolio and identifying new opportunities for potential growth in new areas.

Andrei’s academic background includes an MS and an MBA degree. Prior to IBA, he served as an applied scientist and a developer in a laboratory engaged in scientific research.
